Drivers of High Task Productivity

Due to #COVID19, millions have lost their jobs and a lot of people started to work from home as the global quarantine begins.

Here comes the big question: how effective is working from home in terms of productivity?

In a study published by the Journal of Corporate Real Estate, the analysis has shown that the most prominent factor for best productivity was “working under time pressure”.

On the contrary, “working from home” scored fairly low, indicating that working away from the office was not perceived as a good driver of productivity.

While this area needs further research, companies need to devise their administrative strategies in order to cope with the ‘new normal’.
